Help & Do Good

8,500 euros for emergency responders in need – TEUTODEFENCE Public Sector Days send a message of solidarity: taking responsibility together and helping those who work every day to ensure the safety of others. With a total donation of 8,500 euros, TEUTODEFENCE Germany and the exhibitors at Public Sector Days 2026 are supporting two organizations dedicated to helping emergency responders in need.

The donation will benefit the two nonprofit organizations Soforthilfe nach gravierenden Unfällen (SEV) and SEV-ZOLL. Both organizations assist federal and state emergency responders who have suffered serious accidents while on duty or during training and continuing education. Their goal: to support those affected and their families quickly, without red tape, and where the need is greatest—through personal care and immediate material assistance. The associations’ work is carried out exclusively by volunteers. The donation amount consists of a contribution from TEUTODEFENCE Germanyas well as the proceeds from a private auction among the exhibitors. For the auction, the manufacturers SCHMIDT & BENDER, WALTHER, and METALLWERKE ELISENHÜTTE (MEN) provided high-quality prizes.

The symbolic donation presentation took place on October 8 as part of the “Behördentage” event. Erdogan Atalay, known as Chief Inspector Semir Gerkhan from the TV series *Alarm für Cobra 11*, and Holger Veh from TEUTODEFENCE Germany presented the donation to representatives of the two SEV associations. With this initiative, TEUTODEFENCE, together with the exhibitors at the “Behördentage,” aims to send a lasting message of solidarity and support to first responders. This support is an integral part of the annual trade event.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved who made this donation possible—especially to the companies that contributed items for the auction.
Because solidarity doesn’t end with the mission.
