Combat Vehicles
IDEB 2026:

The Poles are for sale ...

The BWP Borsuk, a new Polish infantry fighting vehicle, showcases collaboration between PGZ, HSW, and a Slovak company. The vehicle features an automatic turret from EVPU and is designed for potential deployment in the Arab region, emphasizing Polish-Slovak defense cooperation at IDEB 2026.

... and the Slovaks are too. That must be said very clearly. And we saw a sign of this at IDEB 2026. This here is at the stand of PGZ with the BWP Borsuk. We know that it can swim, but it looks very much like a desert. Camouflage cannot deceive.

This badger (Borsuk in Polish) is the first export variant of the new Polish infantry fighting vehicle, which is intended to be introduced at home with up to 1600 units. Anyone who builds that much also wants to earn, and the Polish defense industry has great plans. Here stands the Borsuk as a joint product of PGZ and HSW. And a Slovak company is also involved.

The automatic turret here is not identical to the Polish turret; it comes from the Slovak company EVPU. At the moment, it uses the 30 x 165 ammunition from the East, but that can change quickly. Poles and Slovaks together, that is a sign that they want to make an effort.

Presumably, it is heard that the target group for this infantry fighting vehicle is in the Arab region. Then the color would be appropriate. ALL INFO about this Borsuk directly at PGZ
